Creative Hearts Co. – Cancellation, Refund & Ticketing Policy
This policy applies to all workshops, events, programs, and ticketed experiences
(“Event”) offered by Creative Hearts Co. By purchasing a ticket or registering for an
Event, you agree to this policy.

1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is
acceptable to info@creativeheartsco.com)
a. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the Event:
- Refund less a 10% administration fee; or
- Credit for full amount paid, valid for 12 months from original Event date.
b. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the Event:
- Credit for full amount paid, valid for 12 months from original Event date.
- Refunds not available.
c. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the Event (including same-day
cancellations or non-attendance)
- No refund or credit issued.

2. Ticket Transfers
- Tickets may be transferred to another person by notifying Creative Hearts Co.
in writing at least 24 hours before the Event.
- Transferred tickets must be used for the same Event and date.

3. Credits
- Valid for 12 months from original Event date unless otherwise stated.
- Non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, must be used before expiry.
- Unused credits expire automatically.

4. Cancellations or Changes by Creative Hearts Co.
a. Event cancellation:
- Full refund or credit for future Event.
b. Event rescheduling:
- Full refund or credit if unable to attend rescheduled date.
c. Program changes:
- Creative Hearts Co. reserves the right to make reasonable changes
(facilitators, schedule, venue).
- Minor changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend without prior cancellation results in forfeiture of ticket price.
- No refund or credit.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
- Serious illness, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances may be
considered at sole discretion of Creative Hearts Co.
- Approval not guaranteed.

7. Australian Consumer Law
- Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights under Australian
Consumer Law (ACL).
- Remedies may be available if an Event is cancelled, significantly changed, or
not provided as advertised, regardless of this policy.

8. Media and Photography Disclaimer
- Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
- By attending, participants consent to use of images unless Creative Hearts
Co. is notified in writing prior to the Event.

9. Payment & Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
- Payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods
specified at time of booking

10. Australian Consumer Law
- Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights under Australian
Consumer Law (ACL).
- Remedies may be available if an Event is cancelled, significantly changed, or
not provided as advertised, regardless of this policy.
